Refund policy

ALL SALES FINAL — NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our secondhand and vintage inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Each item is carefully inspected, photographed, and described prior to listing. Measurements, fabric content, and any visible flaws or signs of wear are noted in the product listing. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the condition of the item as described.

If you believe your item was significantly misrepresented, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at zeugirdor27@gmail.com with photos, and we will review your concern on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
