Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Simply Natural Thrifts is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at zeugirdor27@gmail.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Simply Natural Thrifts is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
